Vampire Kiss

Nicolas Cage in "Vampire Kiss" teaches his therapist the alphabet.

Good Burger

Good Burger is a burger and a movie.

Not a horrible movie, just a bad one.

You Can't Do That on Television

"Good Burger," from a Nickelodeon sketch comedy show, must have taken a few cues from the first Nickelodeon sketch comedy show "You Can't Do That on Television."

That program's version of the hamburger joint scene occurs at "Barf Burgers." Check it out at 3:30 of the following clip, although as a fan, I can't help but advocate for watching the entire clip.

The Ren & Stimpy Show

"You Can't Do That on Television" lacks the Disney polish and psychologist approvals of today's children's programming. Another early Nickelodeon program that had similarly semi-disturbing aesthetics was a forebearer to Comedy Central's Adult Swim, "The Ren & Stimpy Show."

"The Big Baby Scam"

I can't believe/I love that this was on regular ol' kid-oriented Nickelodeon.

And who's gonna forget the commercials?
